Return Process

  Log into your Dimples account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
